BEFORE you click the Book Online button below, let’s take a minute and go through some of the

terms and items you require before proceeding:

• Minimum stay: one month + 7 days’ notice when moving out
• Security deposit: $50 on smaller spaces or $80 on the larger spaces (9mx3.7m and above)
• Lock your space: Bring your own lock OR purchase a quality lock from us for $16
• Office hours: If you book online outside of office hours, we will contact you the next business day to finalise the entry process
• Allow 5 to 10 mins: You will need to read the agreement before you sign
• Photo ID: We will ask for a picture of your ID + a picture of you holding your ID. We suggest using a smart device like phone or tablet that has a camera
• Move in date: It must be less than a month from today. Otherwise contact us
• Payment first month due now: Have your credit card or Visa/ Mastercard debit card ready for payment we will ask you to pay after signing. The space costs are listed below
• Payment of ongoing storage fees: Strictly monthly in advance via bank transfer, online, cash, credit card, Visa/ Mastercard debit or Centrepay (no AMEX or Diners)

• Take your time: Make yourself comfortable and take your time providing all the information double checking as you go. Correct information is key we are in this thing together!
